I started workin' with Coach Corn (as me daughter likes to call 'im) back in 2011. Let me tell ya somethin', this man has completely transformed me life! He's been a massive help in improvin' both me physical and mental health. He's taught me the importance of bein' disciplined and takin' care of meself. I've achieved things in weight trainin' that I never thought possible, all thanks to 'is guidance.
He didn't just see me as a regular client, he saw me as a whole person. Even when life got busy with work and home, he made sure to work around me schedule. And let me tell ya, he never let me off easy with makin' excuses for missin' the gym.
