Donald Johnson (6/14/25, 5:14 AM):
I recently decided to give Pilates studio a try and signed up for a two-week trial, which cost me quite a bit at $89. However, things took a turn when I had to cancel two classes last minute and was hit with an extra charge of $70. Needless to say, I wouldn't exactly sing their praises after that experience.
Jordan Parker (6/12/25, 7:33 AM):
I've had a jolly good time frequenting solidcore since it first opened its doors. The classes are abundant, making it quite effortless to attend, and the instructors have been tremendously helpful and well-versed in their craft. Cheers to solidcore for providing such a splendid Pilates experience!
Emma Henderson (6/11/25, 5:14 PM):
Just completed my initial solidcore session, and I must say, I absolutely adored it. Malena is a fantastic instructor and incredibly supportive for beginners like myself. I am definitely a convert!
Brian Foster (6/2/25, 6:14 AM):
I recently attended a session at a Solid Core studio through ClassPass. The instructor was top-notch, but I found the class to be quite crowded. I must say, I don't quite understand all the buzz considering the steep prices. I have visited other Lagree studios with better ambiance and more spacious layouts. Despite my initial enthusiasm, I was left disappointed by the awkward lighting and the cramped setup of the Lagree equipment.
Lawrence Ramos (5/30/25, 12:40 PM):
Lovely studio, but quite a challenging workout! I consider myself to be in good shape and gave the beginner class a go, however, it was rather tough to follow along with the instructor and not very beginner-friendly. If you're a Pilates pro looking for a challenge, this is the place for you!
John Ross (5/29/25, 6:31 PM):
I have truly enjoyed my experience as a member at this Pilates studio! The premises are consistently spotless and the reception staff are always friendly and attentive. The availability of two restrooms and a changing area is a major convenience, particularly for those of us dashing to class straight from work. The instructors are exceptional, each delivering a challenging yet accessible session suitable for all fitness levels with clear guidance! Solidcore as a company provides transparent branding, services, and guidelines for newcomers to the program - if you are new, I recommend reviewing their website and asking your instructor questions before class.

Well done, Addi Baddies - you're doing a fantastic job!
Ethan Rivera (5/23/25, 7:08 AM):
As a devoted Solidcore enthusiast, this was my initial visit to this studio and I must say it was the most rigid, thoughtless studio experience I've encountered. Coming from a background of Solidcore in NYC and having visited many studios while traveling, I have always found them to be welcoming until I visited this one. I cannot recommend it - locations like Preston Hollow and Knox Heights are much superior in the DFW area.
Julie Kim (5/16/25, 4:15 AM):
I've attempted to attend this studio twice now, and on both occasions (with the same instructor), I've had to leave early because the noise level is truly deafening, even with ear protection. I have not encountered this issue at other Pilates studios. The first time, I tried to address this with the instructor, but was informed that they intended to increase the volume even further. Regrettably, I decided to give it another chance, but it seems that was a mistake.
Carol Bailey (5/12/25, 6:24 AM):
This Pilates studio is absolutely brilliant! It offers a highly challenging take on Pilates. I usually hit the gym 3-5 times a week, but this place really pushed me to my limits (which I loved). After Lori's class, I woke up feeling pleasantly sore ❤️. Huge thanks! I'd definitely suggest it to anyone, although be prepared for a much more intense workout compared to regular Pilates.
Ruth Graham (5/8/25, 7:44 AM):
Unpleasant experience
I shall not return
Rebecca Patterson (5/8/25, 5:31 AM):
I arrived at the Pilates studio just seven minutes late and they flat out denied me entry. Terribly strict, I must say.
Jennifer Diaz (5/7/25, 9:20 PM):
Absolutely adore this spot! It's my go-to when I fancy adding a bit of extra pizzazz to my exercise routine.
Layla Graham (5/5/25, 8:51 PM):
Without a doubt, one of the top-notch [solidcore] studios I've visited. The coaches, particularly Kailyn and Erica, are true gems and never fail to push you to your limits in class! I highly recommend it!
Elizabeth Reed (5/2/25, 3:50 AM):
I must say, I am terribly let down by the experience at this studio. I made it to the location at 3:29, and even have photographic evidence to prove it. Despite my timely arrival, I was regrettably overlooked by the staff. The website explicitly states the requirement of arriving 10 minutes prior to the class, and not more than 5 minutes after it begins, which would be 3:35—yet, for being right on time, I was turned away! Such discourtesy and lack of professionalism displayed has led me to feel that my time and money were squandered. Improvement is needed.
Carol Coleman (4/30/25, 12:49 AM):
I recently started at Solidcore last month and I must say, it's absolutely stellar. I've never been one to enjoy working out, but the classes here truly make it an enjoyable and lively experience! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, but my top favorites have to be Erica and Kailyn. These two are just fantastic - always there to provide support and ensure your form is on point to achieve maximum results during the workouts. Be sure to download the app as it helps you discover classes that suit you, select your preferred instructors, and identify the targeted muscle focus for the week! In my opinion, their best offer was $89 for 2 weeks of unlimited classes. Cheers to a fitter and healthier you!
Daniel Myers (4/24/25, 5:14 AM):
Just experienced my first session at Solidcore and it was absolutely brilliant! I was a bit nervous since I had never tried a group fitness class before, but everyone was so welcoming! Victoria F., my instructor, was incredibly kind and made me feel at ease. The routines were easy to pick up, even for a beginner like me, and I gradually got the hang of them with some guidance. Such a fantastic experience, I can't wait to go back!
Melissa Johnson (4/21/25, 7:46 PM):
Splendid establishment but quite the vigorous exercise session and a bit on the pricey side. I partook in the introductory class for beginners using ClassPass and found it to be quite challenging. It's advisable to ensure you're in good physical condition before commencing your Pilates journey here! It can be rather demanding if you've been sedentary for some time. I've been gradually acclimating myself by attending various classes to prepare for this level. This studio draws inspiration from Pilates, yet offers a unique twist on the traditional practice.
James Gonzalez (4/18/25, 7:27 AM):
I must say, my first Pilates class today was quite the experience, I must say. The folks at the front desk were absolutely lovely, so welcoming! Coach Kailyn really went above and beyond to help me out and provide some fantastic pointers to really make the most of the session. And may I add, she was incredibly engaging as well (she made sure to greet each and every one of us personally.) Even though it was challenging, I would definitely partake in another class without hesitation!
