Terrific fitness center! No complaints about the establishment, but do tread carefully as if you encounter unfriendly service from a staff member, particularly a manager, and you bring it up to Red, they will likely brush it off by saying, "It's hard to believe they didn't treat you well," citing the manager's tenure at the gym. This was a deciding factor for me in choosing not to become a member.

The lavatories are never squeaky clean when I enter, and the equipment appears to be excessively worn and in need of replacement. I have a strong aversion to coming into contact with sticky rubber or utilizing machinery that is missing parts.

The finest fitness center down south! Olympic power racks, 150lb dumbbells, combine facility, cold plunge, indoor and outdoor pools, and the list just keeps on going.

This gym is the absolute best in all of Louisiana, hands down. It offers a wide range of amenities including saunas, steam rooms, cold plunges, hot tubs, two floors packed with workout equipment, a boxing gym, tennis courts, and so much more. I highly recommend joining this fitness center to anyone looking for a top-notch facility.

The top-notch fitness center in the city! The staff is incredibly welcoming, the instructors are top-notch, there are countless classes to choose from, the equipment and facilities are top-of-the-line, and there are multiple pools (heated, outdoor, indoor, cold plunge, hot plunge, children's) and courts (indoor and outdoor tennis, basketball, pickleball, racquetball), a boxing ring, and the list goes on and on. It's fantastic, and the membership fee is very reasonable :-)
And they're even expanding the entire women's section! Thank you, Red!

Ladies have experienced incidents of assault at your fitness center, yet none of you seem willing to address the issue. This is a cautionary message for any women considering joining. Instead of offering support, they are quick to place blame on the victims.

One of the top athletic clubs in the United States, in my humble opinion. I truly adore this establishment. I resided in Lafayette around 14 years ago and completely fell for this place. Just overlook the older gentlemen who color their hair pitch black to woo a young Cajun lady. Focus on your workout and relish the amenities, and you will surely appreciate Reds.

We don't realize how fortunate we are to have this top-notch fitness center right here in Lafayette! You can even spot Red Lerille himself at the front desk, making sure everything runs smoothly. The instructors and classes are fantastic, catering to all skill levels, and the equipment and facilities are always kept current and in great condition. I've been a member for around 12 years now and have been consistently impressed.

I have a job that requires me to travel and this establishment does not offer the option to freeze your account. They require a minimum freeze period of 3 months, meaning I'll have to keep paying for a gym I can't even use for 2 months. Great job, guys! You've really excelled at being ridiculous and ignorant. Not everyone stays in Lafayette on a month-to-month basis. If you're a frequent traveler for work, I would advise against signing up with this gym.

I absolutely adore hitting the gym! However, I must express my disdain for the overgrown bushes and trees in the parking lot. They create such a hazard when trying to navigate through. It would be really helpful to have them pruned, don't you think? It's quite challenging trying to exit an aisle with limited visibility while others are speeding through. The situation is simply absurd.

In May 2023, a lady experienced a physical assault at this fitness center. Upon informing the staff, they attempted to manipulate her into believing that the assault was her own fault and downplay the unacceptable actions of the attacker. I strongly advise against joining this gym. I suggest that all women terminate their memberships at the earliest opportunity. It is not a secure environment.

I've been frequenting Red's since my middle school days! It's been a fantastic spot for me and my pals to chill in a secure environment. Now that I'm all grown up, I still have a soft spot for it. Red's provides a plethora of options suitable for individuals of all age groups!

There ain't no spot in Lafayette quite like Red’s. If you're keen on gettin' in shape, or lookin' to take your fitness game to the next level, Red's is without a doubt the place for ya. It's a top-notch facility with a stellar team. Sure, it might be a tad pricey, but once you step foot inside, you'll see just how much of that cash is put back into the club. You really do get what you pay for.

It seems like women aren't in a safe environment at this fitness center. Other members are allowed to mistreat you simply because they are "grumpy old men" who are supposedly "respected" doctors. How appalling.

Reds is truly one of the top-notch fitness centers in town. Impeccably clean and boasting top-of-the-line weight equipment, pools, and workout spaces. This place would easily earn a solid 5-star rating if it weren't for the fact that they seem to have let go of their mask policy enforcement. Despite signs plastered on the front doors clearly stating that masks must be worn unless actively exercising, it's disheartening to see folks strolling about maskless inside. What's the point of having a policy in place if it's not going to be upheld, right? It's a real pity because other than that, Reds is truly a fantastic gym.

A vintage gym that could easily blend in with other health clubs in Honolulu or Santa Barbara. It offers great value and is well-managed. The small group of older members is a delightful community worth getting to know.

I travel 72 miles one way just to enjoy all the benefits this club has to offer. I absolutely adore all the weight equipment and the opportunity to relax in the sauna area afterwards. I wish my local gym was as top-notch as this one!

I've finally made it up to Red's from New Orleans just to train here and check out the gym. It's absolutely legendary! Truly one of the finest gyms in the entire USA! Lafayette has got something really special here, they are incredibly fortunate to have this gem of a place!
