However, my sister surprised me with sessions as a gift to help me get back in shape. As a diabetic with an insulin pump and PCOS, losing weight was important for improving my chances of conceiving. While the beginning was tough due to my usual eating habits and lack of conditioning, I gradually saw positive changes as the sessions progressed. I lost around 10 pounds, and by the end of my second month with Cher, I discovered I was pregnant. I must say, if you're looking to get in shape quickly, 3f-fitness is the place to be! I signed up in May 2023 and by July 2023, I was already seeing AMAZING results! I was looking fantastic for my cruise in August. The trainer, Cher, is absolutely fantastic! She's so friendly and tailors your workout to suit your abilities. You'll definitely notice a difference! She also provides a nutrition plan to help you with your weight loss. Additionally, you receive a workout plan for when you're not training with her, so you can maintain your fitness levels. The gym itself is spotless and the equipment is top-notch for all kinds of workouts. There's always a variety of exercises to keep things interesting. You'll never get bored with the different routines. Every part of your body will get a good workout. Overall, if you want an incredible workout experience with a brilliant trainer and see real results, you can't go wrong with 3f-fitness!

Cher be tha best fitness trainer I ever 'ad. I work in IT, sittin' mos' o' tha day at work, an' after a busy day it were very 'ard t'find tha energy t'work out. But then I met Cher an' she changed me whole lifestyle. She kept me focused, right motivated, an' 'er energy level 'elped me follow a healthier lifestyle which changed me life. She gave me an amazin' fitness/workout/nutrition plan that specifically suits me needs. 'Er energy level be amazin' an' she always keeps me motivated. Even when I were on vacation she frequently use t'check on me t'keep me motivated an' focused on makin' right choices t'eat healthy which be somethin' that I really need durin' vacation or 'oliday season. :) When I started with Cher 6 months ago me BMI were “High Risk” but now I fall under the “Athletic” category, all thanks t'Cher! I highly recommend Cher for personal training. In just under five months, I saw significant results including a 12% decrease in body fat, moving from the high Acceptable range to the Athletic range, and losing a total of 10 inches around my lower belly, belly button, and hips. Establishing a routine of working out five days a week and following a high protein-low carb diet has become second nature, thanks to her support and accountability. I am deducting one star due to the initial plan for my partner and myself to train together, despite having different fitness levels and goals. Although there wasn't much adaptation to accommodate our differing needs initially, Cher was receptive to feedback and flexible in adjusting our training approach once this was addressed. Overall, it has been a positive and transformative experience under her guidance.
