I'm absolutely thrilled I decided to join PFP! The two-week trial period was incredibly generous, allowing me plenty of time to test out various classes and get to know the instructors. The intimate class sizes really make each session feel like a one-on-one training experience. The instructors are dedicated to showing us proper form and closely monitoring our progress for safety and individual development. The classes are tough and always engaging! You've got to come and experience it for yourself!

I absolutely love the classes at Prepare for Performance. As an adult who competes in sports, I find the classes to be quite challenging and the trainers are great at helping you select weights that make each workout tough yet achievable. Julian also has connections with massage therapists and nutritionists that he can recommend to you. The comprehensive exercise routines and nutrition regimen have helped me gain muscle mass while losing fat. I particularly appreciate the fact that the classes are limited in size, allowing for a more personalized experience, but there are still enough participants to motivate each other to complete the sets and have an amazing workout. I've known Julian for a few years, and even back then, he was guiding us youngsters on how to perform and play effectively. I've been working out with Julian for about 5 months now, and I must say, he's been absolutely fantastic from the get-go. He really takes the time to grasp my fitness goals and pushes me each session. Julian is mindful of my limitations and never pushes me beyond what I can handle, but he definitely pushes me hard enough to achieve the results I desire.
