This establishment is quite dear, and regrettably, the lavatories and changing rooms are no longer being properly maintained. Additionally, the music volume is excessively high, to the point where even noise-canceling earbuds are not sufficient to mitigate it. I made a request at the reception to lower the music, but they provided a feeble excuse stating that they were unable to adjust the volume. It seems to me that they intentionally play such loud music to discourage patrons from lingering. This has left me feeling extremely let down. The quality of service in relation to the fees charged is subpar!

I popped in for a quick tour. The utter lack of interest in providing good customer service or showing any appreciation was a clear indicator of the kind of experience one might expect here. It's quite evident that they see members as mere numbers due to their size. Not quite the level of service I would anticipate from a club that labels itself as luxurious in both title and cost.

I don't have any issues with the gym itself and the staff are quite friendly, however, my boyfriend and I are paying over $300 and it seems like the locker room and gym space are always overrun with underage children causing chaos. I usually try to go late to avoid this situation as it appears that the staff wants the gym to be more kid-oriented. Despite this, on my most recent visit at 10pm, there were multiple staff members in the locker room who didn't address the issue. There was a 3-year-old child who screamed non-stop for 45 minutes, and then the mother left her infant unattended on the other side of the locker room while she focused on her skincare routine. The child was screaming and trying to rummage through my belongings, while the mother was preoccupied looking at herself in the mirror. Additionally, there were several teenagers taking photos in the sauna while I was using it with a towel. This was just one night, but similar incidents seem to occur almost every time I visit. It appears that basic manners are not expected or enforced by the staff. It would be beneficial if they enforced a rule requiring anyone under 18 to use the family-only locker rooms.

Lovely establishment! Plenty of space, a wide variety of classes, impeccably tidy. They offer an indoor lap pool, a relaxing leisure pool, and a bubbling hot tub. Luxurious locker rooms equipped with showers, toiletries, a jetted hot tub, sauna, and steam room. The outdoor pool area is fantastic, featuring a lap pool, a fun leisure pool with a slide, and a hot tub. The pool facilities are expertly managed. The staff at the club is exceptional. There is also an on-site spa offering massages, hair services, and more.

What a fantastic session with Kathy Fuentes!! Absolutely adored it!!

I've been here for nearly 3 years now, and my experience has been mostly positive. For those young adults who prioritize fitness in their lives, I would say it's worth the $130-ish per month to join this gym that offers just about everything. If they provided more free classes, and if Alpha didn't dominate the 3rd floor during peak hours, it would be even better. Also, I've noticed the dressing room getting increasingly messy over the past year. Nonetheless, I really enjoy this place.
Sarah Walker (4/22/25, 7:56 AM):
Cheeky staff, cheeky manager, and outrageously pricey for a solitary day pass to the pool. $130 for just one afternoon at the pool! Do they need a reminder that they are a gym in Framingham? We're not some fancy rooftop pool in Manhattan, it's quite embarrassing really. Time to tone down the attitude, folks.
Bradley Ford (4/19/25, 2:04 PM):
I take all of Kathy's classes, mate. She really hypes you up and helps you push through those sets, you know?
Dylan Clark (4/18/25, 6:31 PM):
I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment! The reception staff here display a noticeable rudeness and arrogance. Upon losing my belongings and seeking assistance from the front desk, I was subjected to humiliation and deliberate delays. While the front desk staff appeared cordial towards others, their behavior towards me led me to question whether racial bias played a role. One cannot help but wonder if Lifetime is hiring individuals who harbor racist tendencies.

Kathy, Colleen, and Kayla are absolutely brilliant! 🩷🩷🩷🧘🏼♀️💪🏽...
Layla Kim (4/14/25, 8:32 PM):
This establishment once had a family-friendly vibe, but that seems to have changed. It's quite rough now. If you don't mind shelling out a significant amount each month so your kids can use the facilities while hearing foul language all around, then this might be the spot for you! The staff doesn't seem concerned about providing a pleasant experience for families. Farewell, Lifetime!
Carol Howard (4/14/25, 3:19 AM):
This gym is absolutely splendid and truly offers everything you could ever desire if you don't realize it. For example, in most gyms, I would only focus on weightlifting, but here I have numerous options such as boxing, swimming, enjoying the hot tub, cycling, practicing yoga, playing squash, getting a haircut, joining running sessions, and much more. It's truly fantastic when you consider that it consolidates all your gym needs in one place with top-notch equipment that I haven't seen at other gyms. The staff is excellent and friendly, and they definitely strive to cater to your health and fitness requirements.
Ruth Parker (4/12/25, 2:41 AM):
There are so many fantastic elements of this gym that I absolutely adore. One major highlight for me is the Arora program tailored for individuals aged 55 and over. The sense of community that has blossomed (and continues to flourish) is truly delightful, and much of this can be attributed to Shayna, who leads the Arora program. Shayna puts in an incredible amount of effort to ensure our satisfaction and organizes activities that we find enjoyable and beneficial. She is also a superb Hydro (water aerobics) instructor who pushes us to reach and surpass our perceived limits. I must also give a big shoutout to Mariama, who is hands down the finest pilates instructor I've ever had, Sandy, a dynamic Hydro (and more) instructor, and Renee, who is truly outstanding. I have to stress that all of the instructors at Lifetime are exceptional.
Christian Perez (4/11/25, 10:11 AM):
This gym is absolutely brilliant! Clean and inviting. There are countless classes available throughout the day. There's plenty of room to exercise and all the staff members are incredibly friendly.
However, in recent months, fees have increased without prior notice. People are constantly FaceTiming in the cardio and weight areas. Really!!!! I truly appreciate the staff, but I don't see any of them making rounds on the gym floor, even occasionally when they're not busy.
Bryan Myers (4/10/25, 3:57 PM):
Most places 'ave a steam room or a sauna, but 'aving both and multiple Jacuzzis as well as a warm and cold pool is absolutely top-notch. Absolutely adore the fact that they 'ave yoga outdoors when the weather cooperates. A truly splendid gym, keep up the brilliant work.
Mark Jackson (4/10/25, 5:49 AM):
I must say, I am extremely disappointed with this establishment. Despite being a member, I continued to be charged the full amount for my membership, which was a minimum of $159 per month...EVEN during the pandemic!
I have been paying the full price for months with no discount offered. And now, they have the audacity to increase it to $179 per month! It was already quite costly, and now they have decided to raise the fee even further. How thoughtful of them $$$$
Donald Hamilton (4/8/25, 4:54 PM):
If you chaps close the basketball court, that's just jolly well lame.
Jordan Alexander (4/6/25, 2:58 PM):
I'm actually a member of Lifetime in Miami and stopped by while on my travels. This spot has a few cool features like the full basketball and squash courts, lap pools etc that I'm not accustomed to.
But, let me tell you, one thing that really threw me off was the sauna. It's usually one of the highlights of my day and a great way to unwind after a workout, but this was not a relaxing or enjoyable experience. In my usual studio, it's peaceful, dimly lit, quiet, and everyone is there to unwind. Here, all the lights were on (?) it seemed a bit grubby, and EVERYONE was chitchatting at a regular volume! Personally, I find that off-putting enough to make me reconsider joining a studio.
Super grateful to be back in my home studio, enjoying the peace and quiet of the dark sauna as I write this 😅
Layla Powell (4/5/25, 2:22 AM):
I 'ave been a member of this gym for nearly 3 years now. You can find just about everything you need at this place. I tend to frequent this spot for squash. They 'ave an outdoor pool, which is a real treat to enjoy in the summer. They also 'ave an indoor pool for folks of all ages. Overall, it's me favorite gym in Massachusetts because I can find everything I'm after here. If you're looking for a top-notch experience and to make the most of your time, this is the spot for you.
Gloria Flores (4/5/25, 1:58 AM):
(We were fortunate to have a guest pass for the outdoor pool which is why this review is succinct). From the moment you step inside and are warmly welcomed by the receptionist, your experience commences. The establishment itself is stunning, well-maintained, and offers an array of amenities. The locker room is spacious and equipped with secure lockers, showers, towels, and toiletries. The indoor and outdoor pool areas are generously sized, inclusive of zero-entry access, hot tubs, and a strong emphasis on safety (which, as a mother, is paramount). There is ample space to relax and unwind, with comfortable seating, umbrellas for shade, and sun loungers. We also indulged in lunch; the children's menu was a hit, and the adult menu salad was superb. The iced coffee was a delightful touch. Overall, we all had a wonderful time, and I would dare to say that this place has everything one could ask for.
