I frequent this gym often and it's quite lovely, I must say. It's definitely a good deal for the price. The gear seems to be kept in tip-top shape. The changing room is consistently tidy and the staff are really friendly. And get this, they even offer complimentary pizza and bagels once a month. For just $20 a month, you can indulge in the tanning booths and massage chairs as well.
In my humble opinion, this gym is a solid value for the money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone in search of a fitness center.

I got a discounted rate, but I still got charged for TWO MONTHS of membership within TWO DAYS. I joined online with a special offer of $1 for the first month and $10 for each following month. I signed up late at night on the 16th of the month and was informed that my payment would be processed around the 17th of each month, which seemed okay since I signed up so late. However, the next day I was billed the full monthly fee because I had enrolled in the $1 month offer one day before the scheduled payment date. No one mentioned that there would be an additional charge. To some, it may not seem significant, but I was under the impression that I was paying only one dollar for a month of service, as per our agreement, which did not hold true. I reached out to the gym, but they informed me that I couldn't receive a refund, despite never actually visiting the gym and being double-charged within two days, as refunds are not provided.

Absolutely splendid! Allow me to express my delight at the aforementioned gym. The equipment is absolutely top-notch, spotlessly new, one might say. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff. And the ambiance - one could almost smell that delightful scent of a freshly minted gym. Typically, I find myself rather self-conscious and anxious when working out, but this establishment exudes a sense of belonging. The members are exceedingly amicable, offering helpful tips and guidance during my exercises. This gym truly embodies a non-judgmental atmosphere. Never before have I felt such adoration for a gym as I do for this one on Moss St. I jestingly informed my spouse to make space as there is a new love in my life now. I have discovered a new abode indeed! Gratitude to Planet Fitness... gratitude indeed!

The staff were quite rude and unaccommodating, the machines were not being properly cleaned, and there was no water available for the restroom or drinking purposes.

This place is absolutely brilliant, mate. The gym is massive and it always looks spick and span every time I pop in. They've got loads of gear so you can crack on with your workout without having to wait around to nab some kit.
They take proper care of the machines, making sure they're tip-top and good to go. The changing rooms are huge and the loos and showers are always spotless.
Every staff member I've come across has been dead friendly and helpful. The vibe in general is top-notch. Most of the folks I've met there are sound as a pound, with lovely personalities.

I was working out at home with some equipment I have, but with the weather being so cold and just miserable, I decided to check out this gym...wow, I was impressed by everything they had to offer at such a low monthly rate, plus you can bring a guest! They have everything for any kind of workout needed, massage chairs and beds, even tanning, all included in the monthly rate. I'm so glad I decided to join! The staff is friendly as well, eager to answer any questions or assist with advice.

I 'ave been a member fer a month at PF Northgate Mall location.... I find that I am very comfortable there, staff is very pleasant and helpful. I normally feel self conscious about working out but I've been very very comfortable.

I really fancy the club, always tidy and the staff are dead friendly. Hopefully, they'll kick off opening before 7 am on Saturdays and Sundays for us lot who have to graft on weekends. I'm basically losing two days of gym time because of the later morning starts on weekends.

The equipment seldom experiences disruptions, and the premises have never felt overly crowded. As an area for enhancement, it would be beneficial to uphold the policy regarding cell phone usage on the gym floor; recently, there has been a noticeable increase in individuals engaging in loud phone conversations in the workout area, which has been distracting, particularly when it interfered with my use of air pods. Nonetheless, all interactions with the staff have been delightful and conducted in a professional manner!

The employees chucked that daft "guest log" right in my face and insisted that I fill it out. My name, address, and home gym are already in the system - get your employees to jot it down. Otherwise, get rid of it or instruct your employees not to hassle me when I choose to opt out. I'm not jotting down my details on that thing. And my reason for being in town is none of your concern. I pay my annual and monthly fees, and that's sufficient.
