Showers need a solid 5 minutes to heat up properly. My advice is to start the water running, then use that time to undress and brush your teeth. WHEN you return, you'll be greeted with a delightfully HOT shower (yes, it will get hot! Just exercise some patience and trust.) The showers are equipped with a rack for your items, a curtain for privacy, and changing areas located across from them with securely locked stalls. This information could be handy for other travelers.
Oh, and as an added bonus: the late-night staff were remarkably kind and friendly :)

The employees tossed that daft "guest log" in me face and insisted I complete it. My name, address, and home gym are already in the system - 'ave yer employees jot it down. Otherwise, chuck it or instruct yer employees to back off when I decline. I ain't scribblin' me info on that thing. And why I'm in town is none of yer concern. I shell out me annual and monthly fees, that ought to be sufficient.

The personnel are cordial, well-informed, and accommodating, always ready to lend a hand in any way they can! There's scarcely ever a line for equipment, and if you're unfamiliar with how to use one, there's typically a diagram attached and the staff are prepared to explain further if necessary. The beverages can be a tad pricey, so it's advisable to bring your own (or if you're a Black Card member, for just $10 more per month, the cost of drinks becomes negligible). The amenities are spotless, and it's crucial to do your part in maintaining that cleanliness (if you perspire on something, make sure to wipe it down)!
The sole 'drawback' is the absence of a weighing scale on-site, but one can easily surmise the reasons behind that.
All in all, if you're new to a regular workout regimen or seeking a more laid-back experience, this location certainly fits the bill.

I absolutely adore the gym, it's fantastic! The equipment is user-friendly, and the staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. However, one thing that really bothered me was the absence of toilet seat covers in the bathrooms. Considering there are numerous spray bottles for cleaning the exercise machines...

I absolutely adore the idea! It would be absolutely splendid if there was a bus service available to pick up seniors who might otherwise struggle to make it to the gym. Personally, I would frequent the gym daily if transportation were not an obstacle. All praise to God for such innovative thinking! Lots of brand new equipment, from cardio to massage chairs. Spacious locker rooms. Abundant equipment for everyone, so you don't feel cramped or like you have to queue for a machine. I do wish I resided nearer so I could frequent it more!

Just departed from the gym and I typically don't leave feedback, but the lass working this morn with the blonde locks was quite impolite & not quite up to snuff with her duties. Following my workout as per usual, I usually swing by to book the massage chair and found myself waiting for a spell. She emerged from the room to the side with all the cameras, I had my massage, then revisited for the body enhancement. Yet again, waited for her to emerge, but that wasn't the problem, I swear. When she finally appeared at the front, she inquired if this would be my final time doing something, and initially I didn't comprehend what she meant. I asked for clarification, and she repeated herself. Again, I sought further explanation, and she simply said, never mind. I've engaged in this routine countless times without any issue, so there shouldn't be a limit to scheduling services, especially since I possess the black card. I'm unsure of her qualms, but she could have at least kept her remarks to herself.
