This gym allows dogs 🐕 in its facility, so if anyone gets a flea bite or even an allergic reaction, you should sue the owner for not disclosing this to the members upon enrollment. Whatever happened to "no shoes, no shirt, no service," or "no dogs allowed"? I do understand that service dogs are allowed in public spaces, but real service dogs wear their service vest with the emblem on the side.

I absolutely adore my time spent here. If anyone ever requires assistance, Juan is the person to seek out. He is empathetic and consistently assists me with my fitness journey. One of the few individuals with whom I feel at ease discussing my fitness challenges, as he is both professional and kind :)

I wouldn't recommend this place unless you fancy having your money disappear mysteriously. They keep adding surprise "annual fees" every month, even after you attempt to end your membership. I suspect the staff are pocketing the extra cash.

Cracking place to get your workout on! The staff there are top-notch, always ready to lend a hand. Big props to Victoria, she's an absolute gem! She's always there for me, helping out and answering any fitness queries I have as I'm still finding my feet. Victoria's constantly pushing me to be the best version of myself, even when I feel like throwing in the towel. Her qualities are exactly what you need in a Crunch employee - fantastic team member, oodles of patience, and a wealth of knowledge. 11 out of 10, she's a star!🌟

So, I took this 14-year-old to the gym for a workout sesh, you know, and they flat out denied us entry, even though their website says it's all good.

Update on the situation: they had the cheek to tell the teen to chill in the daycare center. Can you believe it?

I've been hitting the gym for a couple of years now. It's a fantastic gym, mate. They've got loads of free weights and top-notch equipment.

Just had a session with one of the trainers, Jonathan. He really gave me some cracking tips on how to take my fitness journey to the next level. Can't wait to get back in there!

The air conditioning never seems to be on, machines are always broken, the sauna works sporadically, the massage room only works occasionally, and one fan doesn't even circulate the air properly. The annual fee is almost 60 bucks, which is not worth the hassle when even the speakers are broken. It's like an accident waiting to happen.

The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. You truly develop a fantastic rapport with them. The cleanliness is top-notch, and they offer sanitizing stations wherever you look. Their zumba classes are a blast, and the locker rooms are luxurious. Each one comes equipped with a sauna, which is incredibly rejuvenating. They also offer hydro massage (which is simply divine) and tanning services. The monthly prices are very affordable, especially for the premium membership! A truly fabulous place to visit!

Juan is a truly humble chap who graciously extended his helping hand not only to me, but to others in the gym as well. For a moment, I almost mistook him for the manager due to his attentive and kind demeanor towards all the guests. I absolutely adore this gym! Every little thing there is just fantastic! The staff are top-notch, but there was one employee who really shone bright like a diamond- Victoria! She was constantly there to give me a hand and respond to all my queries. A perfect 10 out of 10 employee! So lovely, polite, and charming! Absolutely smashing facility, the best gym I've encountered yet. Always spotless, they pay attention to every little detail with the machines. However, the management is a complete disaster, constantly altering class and training schedules, changing policies, and making it a proper hassle to cancel. The dreadfully rude general manager doesn't give precise or thorough information. Cheers.

I typically go in the evening but recently switched to late afternoon to avoid the bigger crowds. The great thing is they have a plethora of equipment available. This means if one machine or set of equipment is in use, you have alternative options to complete your workout using different systems. Additionally, the ladies' bathroom has public lockers and showers for convenience.

The Gym is absolutely brilliant. The Staff are quite cool. It's a safe environment. The Front desk worker Juan was so helpful in giving me a tour and explaining the equipment. I would rate this place 10/10!!! I highly recommend checking it out.
