I popped into the gym today for the Crunch One Kickoff workout session. Clarissa & Jonathan were absolutely fantastic and lovely. They really helped me grasp my goals and made me feel like they genuinely care about my fitness aspirations. What a splendid place filled with splendid people!

I've been visiting this gym for about 2 years now, and a couple of months ago, the equipment started breaking down. It's taking them more than a week or two to get it fixed. The restrooms really need some more attention when it comes to cleaning. There's often no toilet paper or soap available. And don't even get me started on the showers - they are absolutely disgusting! They haven't been cleaned in at least a month or two, if not longer.

The personnel is truly friendly and the atmosphere is quite neat. The only downside is that this gym rarely has the AC on, so it tends to feel rather humid and musty. This can make your workout quite uncomfortable, almost like it makes you want to cut it short. Additionally, the door to the ladies' sauna is always somehow broken, making it difficult to open and close at times. Occasionally, there are younger individuals fooling around on the equipment and recording themselves, which can be quite bothersome as you might end up unintentionally featured in their videos. I did address this issue with the staff and spoke to the youngsters, but they continued their behavior without facing any consequences. Overall, I would rate this gym 3/5.

Absolutely smitten with this place!!! Victoria, who's in charge of babysitting, is an absolute gem - so warm and fantastic with my daughter!
She engages with her and the other kids wonderfully!
The gym equipment completely exceeded my expectations! Big thanks to Crunch! And a special shoutout to Victoria for taking care of my little one while I sweat out some stress in my workouts!

I 'ad to go like the last 10 minutes because of my work, they let me out all late and when I got to Crunch, they closed the gym all early. I went in, the bloke told me they closed everything, showers, etc... not 'appy with this gym, I just needed to shower real quick. I don't 'ave a 'ouse or a shower at the place I live in since I live in a shead with a friend, so I 'ave to come 'ere and they closed the gym all early, not 'appy even though I'm payin'. Honestly, they need to go back to 24 hours, I cannot stand that it closes at 12 AM, this gym never used to do that 😡.

I wouldn't recommend this place unless you fancy having your belongings taken. They keep coming up with these sneaky "annual fees" every month, even after you try to end your membership. I have a sneaking suspicion that the staff are pocketing the cash.

Lovely gym. It's got showers, lockers, a tanning salon, child care, and even a sauna. Classes are on offer, the staff - big shoutout to Adamaris and Enrique in the morning - are ever so friendly and polite. There's plenty of machines which are always kept clean. Lots of equipment to choose from too.

I 'ad a splendid experience at the gym. JT showed me 'ow to properly utilize the machines and which exercises are most suitable for the goals I 'ad set for meself. 'E also inspired me to keep goin' and reminded me that change won't 'appen overnight. I would absolutely recommend this gym to me mates! :)

This be one of the finest gyms I've ever laid eye upon. The moment ya step inside, ya feel the right vibe. Crunch is all 'bout No Judgments and All kinds of fun, and ya genuinely sense that. The instructors possess heaps of energy and truly aim to assist ya in the finest way possible. I wouldn't suggest any other gym but this one. They offer somethin' for everyone, from killer classes, spinning, rows of cardio contraptions, tons of weights, and this marvellous boot camp small group training. They even have day care! Get yer self in the gym!

Top-notch experience, I must say! The folks at the front desk were so accommodating. David Nunez, the spinning guru at the gym, gave me a tour of the place. It was quite daunting for me to return to the gym after a lengthy break from exercise, but I am thrilled that I chose Crunch. I wanted to share this review to emphasize the childcare services they offer. As a single parent, it's challenging for me to find the time and place to work out, especially because my daughter is very reserved and reluctant to be apart from me. However, the childcare facility at Crunch is outstanding. My daughter genuinely enjoys going there, and the staff in the afternoons are incredibly kind and attentive to her needs. In contrast, when I tried another gym nearby, they essentially suggested that I should not bring my daughter because she cried too much with them. So, a big thank you to the Crunch employees for truly supporting parents like me who just want to have a good workout. Additionally, everything else at the gym is fantastic - top-notch equipment, convenient hours, and a variety of resources to help you achieve an effective workout.

The trainers are always keen and eager to assist with any queries to ensure you're jolly well comfy with your workout. The managerial staff are top-notch as well! Took a 14-year-old to get swole and was shockingly turned away despite their gym rules clearly stated online.
Update: they suggested the teen chill in the "daycare".
