Amenities That Enhance Your Experience

Planning Your Visit

Before hitting the gym, it is essential to plan your visit. Crunch Fitness requires membership for access, so ensure your membership is active. Keeping this in mind will help you navigate your experience better.

This community vibe is boosted by personal trainers who are dedicated to helping you reach your goals. Trainers like Selena and Josh have received high praise for their encouraging and personalized approach, making workouts not only effective but enjoyable.

Feedback on Equipment and Cleanliness

While Crunch Fitness offers a wide range of equipment, some members have shared concerns regarding cleanliness and equipment maintenance. Issues such as broken bikes in the ride classroom, and instances of unclean locker rooms, especially for females, have prompted calls for improved hygiene practices. Ensuring a clean environment is vital for user satisfaction, and more attention is needed here.

A Final Note on Accessibility

Accessibility is a strong point for Crunch Fitness McKnight, with many wheelchair-accessible facilities enhancing the ability for all individuals to participate in fitness activities. However, some feedback highlights the need for better communication regarding facility updates and class schedules, especially when childcare options are unexpectedly closed.

Overall, Crunch Fitness McKnight stands out for its friendly atmosphere and extensive offerings. By addressing some maintenance and communication issues, it has the potential to enhance the member experience even further. If you're considering joining, prepare to embrace a supportive community while committing to your fitness journey.

Mate, why is it that there are never any paper towels around here? If your supplier's run dry, feel free to use my Costco card. The gym is top-notch with its selection of machines and equipment, but the staff can be hit or miss. It's a shame Doug isn't around anymore because he was probably the only one who actually cared about keeping things clean. Today took the biscuit though, as we were all expected to share one grimy microfiber towel soaked in goodness knows what bodily fluids. I don't want to be that bloke who doesn't wipe down the machines, but I draw the line at using a towel drenched in other folks' sweat. Basic hygiene should be a given at a gym, don't you reckon?

I hardly go to the gym anymore because they have clearly oversold memberships. Every time I walk in, I feel like a sardine packed in there (the Crunch Meter on the app never seems to work, so I can't see the peak times) and the parking lot is always full. There's only one water fountain/bottle filler for the whole gym, which doesn't make sense to me (and it often smells bad). They no longer introduce new classes, and to be honest, I've grown tired of the class options available. I used to give feedback through surveys, but the classes remained the same. They really need to schedule more evening classes for us younger folks and offer afternoon weekend classes. There's definitely room for improvement at this gym, but considering what you pay, it's still a decent value.
