As a powerlifter, this gym has all the equipment I need to maintain my training regimen, and there are never any lines for the stair master. Additionally, their customer service is exceptional. I've been a member for over a year now and I just can't get enough of this place.

This gym is absolutely fantastic! I can't stop raving about it to my massage clients and friends. The facility is spotless and the staff are all so welcoming. My only suggestion would be for them to keep a closer eye on the availability of wipes for the machines, as they seem to run out all at once sometimes. I've noticed that the women's showers can get a bit unpleasant at times, so I've opted to use other facilities. The hydro massage beds are incredible, as are the classes and workout equipment. And guess what? There's even a sneaky red light therapy room tucked away in the back! I highly recommend checking it out.
Additionally, they offer child care services and the staff there are all so kind. It's only $3 for an hour and a half, and you can even leave and return for another session. Don't miss out on the hot tub, steam room, pool, and sauna - take some time to pamper yourself! Overall, I can't recommend this place enough.

The gym is great overall, but there is definitely room for improvement in the men's bathrooms. The upkeep seems to be lacking and there is a noticeable unpleasant odor.

Take my word for it and find yourself another gym! The sneaky charges at this place are absolutely absurd. I was led to believe that this gym was budget-friendly, only to end up being double-billed and hit with unexpected fees. The cancellation rules are outrageous, and they actually charge you for walking away, without any warning until it's too late. Plus, the management and customer service are completely inept. There seems to be a recurring issue in their one-star reviews on Google, all pointing to these hidden fees and awful terms and conditions that you won't find out about until it's too late. They show no consideration for their customers (mostly teenagers, from what I've noticed, and it's a shame to see them being exploited by this establishment). Utterly frustrating and disheartening. I urge you to keep your money safe and seek out a different gym instead.

I just arrived from Texas and was really keen on giving this gym a go after all the positive reviews I heard. So, I walked in and requested a complimentary day pass to test the waters before making any commitments. I handed over my Texas ID and mentioned that I had recently relocated, but it seemed like the manager was hesitant to accept it and didn't seem too interested in assisting me. I was quite let down by the lackluster customer service. The gym itself appeared to be top-notch, but this encounter definitely didn’t sit right with me. Looks like I’ll be sticking with LA Fitness—appreciate the offer, but I’ll pass.

All weights are free. Extremely busy. No tanning beds available. The hydromassage section lacks any lighting whatsoever. Ideal spot for slipping and falling. The entire facility appears to lack structure. The pool area is completely exposed, allowing for unwanted glances. I prefer not to be watched while swimming. Overall, this gym is severely lacking in organization.

Oh dear, what a dreadful experience at this gym. I've been a member for nearly 2 years now and decided to go to Vasa to cancel my membership due to time constraints. To my dismay, months later I discovered they were still attempting to charge me with hidden fees! No one returned my calls or emails, making it incredibly frustrating. I had to contact my bank to ensure these charges were stopped. Additionally, I missed out on two personal trainer sessions because they let him go without offering any alternatives, costing me $200. The cleanliness and quality of service have significantly declined since I first joined. I have made the decision to switch to Xsport instead, solely for access to their pool. I will not be returning to Vasa in the future.
