I've been a member of this center for quite some time now, and I must say, I do fancy it quite a bit. My main reason for attending is the aqua classes, which I find rather enjoyable. I've noticed a growing number of folks joining in these classes, which is crucial as there's always the worry that they might be discontinued if attendance dwindles. The pool is splendid in the Summer, with top-notch lifeguard service. The lockers are kept tidy, and I've never felt coerced into purchasing additional services. All things considered, it's a fair deal for the price.

Outstanding customer service and the very best group instructors, I must say. My child absolutely loves everyone at the daycare. This gym is like a little haven with all the amenities, top-of-the-line equipment, and fantastic classes. Incredibly clean and welcoming environment!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL GYM!!! Paying $60 per month for a packed, filthy recreational center, dreadful customer service, impolite & inactive workers, and a foul odor lingering throughout the establishment. They should be closed down; their facility is disgraceful and criminal. It's the very last gym I'd suggest visiting. Their owner must be a lethargic, obstinate, and the most foolish person on the planet. I've been a member at Lifetime in Westminster, CO since 2011, and it has significantly worsened in the past year. Will be transitioning to another gym shortly.

I must say, I've had my fair share of time in "premium" athletic clubs, and this one really sets itself apart with its top-notch facility and amenities! However, given the higher membership fees, I would anticipate Lifetime to limit its active member count to avoid overcrowding. I visited this location with the intention of transitioning away from the crowded commercial gym I've been frequenting, but was disheartened when I had to wait 20 minutes for one of the approximately 8 squat racks to become available.

I noticed a significant portion of gym-goers engrossed in their phones, seemingly unaware or inconsiderate of the equipment usage time. Understandably, they are paying $180 a month to exercise at their own pace, but it appears that Lifetime is oversubscribing memberships and failing to maintain the high-quality member experience expected at this price point.

While the facility is indeed attractive, my enthusiasm for membership is somewhat diminished if my hour-long workouts are prolonged by waiting for equipment availability. I may revisit the gym in the future, but my current impression of membership leans towards the negative side due to these issues.

I've been a member for just over a year now. This gym is hands down the best club I've ever been a part of. From their top-notch trainers (shout out to Bailey Grasser, who's been especially amazing) to their unwavering commitment to cleanliness in the locker rooms, gym, and pools. I usually don't leave reviews unprompted, but I just had to give a shoutout to Bailey Grasser, the guest service team, and the cleaning staff here. Every visit deserves an A++ rating.

It may be a bit pricier compared to the $20 per month at 24 Hour Fitness, but it certainly isn't the Motel 6 of Fitness Clubs. Everything here works well, the place is clean, and they pay attention to all the little details. The kids' area with various activities gives me about 2 hours of workout freedom every day. My kids, along with 99% of the others there, have a great time once they get used to it. The cafe, hair salon, and massages are all very convenient and reasonably priced in my opinion. I've been coming here for 6 years and I can't recall anything but positive experiences with the staff - from the kids' care to the personal trainers to the front desk. I'm surprised to hear any negative comments, because I've never encountered any myself.

I 'ave been a member at LTF for eight years. For a good while, I fancied the place. Everything ye be wantin' in a gym, plus outstanding cleanliness. In the past few years, it went downhill quickly and the culture changed dramat'cally. Bottom line, LTF oversells memberships, dilutin' the value of the experience. They simply do not care if the gym be at 150% capacity. It became about sellin' memberships and less about the experience. The locker room in particular turned into a high school locker room, unmanaged by staff and ruined so much of what I loved about the place. Chuze provides me with everythin' I loved at LTF for $20/month and the staff be outrageously friendly and attentive to member needs.

My advice be to strengthen your luxury gym business model, charge more and limit memberships. Otherwise, ye cannot keep up with the new gym culture that so many are gettin' right these days at a lower price point.

I have been a member of Lifetime for several years and I really enjoy it there. Last summer, I had to reactivate my membership because I moved to Maryland. When I returned to Colorado from Maryland last July and reactivated my account for a month, I realized that I hardly went to the gym because I usually run marathons outside and don't need to use the gym, so I decided to cancel my membership through the online app system. I received an email informing me that they couldn't cancel my membership and would only charge me online. I was surprised for three months, so I accepted it.

Finally, I tried to cancel my account again through the online app, but today I received an email saying they refused to cancel my account and will charge me to return to the gym, which I never requested. I struggled to call you, but your voicemail was full, and I sent a couple of emails, only to receive responses telling me I am still a member after I asked to stop my account.

Are you taking my money? Just so you know, I am a deaf customer and I am considering asking my lawyer to sue you to get all my money back from September until now because I noticed that the app's videos do not have captions or any access for me!

I am not satisfied with Lifetime's App System, and I no longer trust you.

I made the decision to pause my membership since I haven't been using it lately. The customer service team was rather impolite, insisting that I visit in person to provide a signature. When I explained that this wasn't feasible, the representative retorted, "Well, we'll just continue to bill you then. I have no intention of assisting with your cancellation."

Conversely, the online chat support was significantly more accommodating, directing me to an online form for a more convenient cancellation process. Due to the discourteous treatment from the member services department, I have no intentions of reconsidering my membership in the future.

It's a lovely gym, but the shower facilities are consistently grubby. I absentmindedly left my red hair clip nestled in the towels – I had clipped it onto one and then carelessly dropped it into the bin of used towels. I assumed the laundry staff would spot it, but alas, it disappeared without a trace. Once an item is forgotten in there, it's as good as lost.

Absolutely brilliant experience! Just popped in for the first time and the staff were top-notch. I left my goggles at home, but they were quick to lend me a pair without a second thought. The facilities are truly splendid. Sure, you could find a cheaper spot, but you truly do get what you pay for here. This establishment is worth every cent. Time to hit the gym, folks!

I 'ave been a member of Lifetime for 6 years now. I typically switch between this club and Flatirons. The staff is proper professional and accommodating, and the facilities are top-notch. However, during peak hours, the club is just not practical to use. It 'as always been crowded, which is expected when working out in the early evenings, but there seems to 'ave been a change in approach recently to bring in as many memberships as possible without considering the overall member experience.

I wish I 'ad the option to use the facilities at different times, but it 'as reached a point where there ain't much value in trying to work out 'ere. Members pay a premium to get a proper, fulfilling workout at the end of the day, and that's no longer feasible. I will be looking for alternatives to this club and recommend you do the same if you value your personal space and peace of mind. There must be much better experiences available at this price point.

Lifetime is undoubtedly the finest gym experience. It gives off more of a high-end fitness club vibe rather than your typical gym. It's a rare occurrence to step into a gym and be greeted by a pleasant aroma instead of the usual mix of body odor and cleaning agents. While the cost may be on the higher end, it truly reflects the top-notch amenities that Lifetime provides. In my opinion, it's definitely worth it. I consistently suggest Lifetime to my family and friends who are seeking a change in their fitness routine.

Overall, this Lifetime fitness facility is pretty average, not too crowded with people. Everything was clean and the weight area wasn't a complete mess. There's a lot of equipment packed in, so you have to navigate through to get to certain pieces. I do hope this location gets the upgrades that many other sites have done to open up their floor plan.

A massive shoutout to Lifetime for the impeccable cleanliness of your facility! Prior to Covid, it was always spotless and I frequently observed staff members cleaning. This is just one of the many aspects I adore about this establishment. However, since Covid-19, you all have been doing a simply fantastic job! Employees are constantly sanitizing dumbbells, machines, and other equipment. They are even wearing suits while doing so! Many thanks for your efforts in keeping us safe!

This gym is simply splendid for an extraordinary workout! The staff is quite decent, the facility and equipment are truly outstanding, and the accessibility is top-notch. It may be a tad pricey, but you definitely get your money's worth and then some. Lifetime provides a wide variety of nutritional products, spa services, a salon, a cafe, and much more. Stop by and experience it for yourself!

My favorite gym to attend. There are a plethora of machines and dumbbells so you rarely need to wait for someone to finish their set unlike at other gyms. The facility is wonderfully clean with saunas, steam rooms, treadmills, machines, free weights, pools, and hot tubs. Absolutely worth the cost.

Overall, this is quite a decent facility, but my main gripe is that prices have skyrocketed and I don't feel like the service has improved accordingly. I'm unsure if they are reinvesting the funds they are charging into the facilities. I mainly come here because I enjoy swimming and working out, although sometimes the schedules can get a bit mixed up. It can be challenging to do everything I want to do. Overall, I would recommend this place, but I do wish they would do a better job of keeping everything up to date.

Our family 'as been a member of Lifetime for 7 years and I 'ave watched the quality and customer service go down 'ill. First, swim lessons for the kiddos are pricey, 'owever most instructors are friendly and qualified. The problem is that they change your kids from instructor to instructor constantly. The new instructors then 'ave to start all over on the skills - leads to a lack of skill progress for the kiddos. Lindsey, the aquatics manager, just smiles and says "thanks for letting me know" and continues to changes classes all the time. The spa/salon is just dreadful.... everyone I know (including meself) who 'as used the services felt they were over charged for subpar services. The classes are alright, sometimes crowded, but good instructors. The last few years it seems as though they are more concerned about getting a lot of people through the doors and less about the quality of services.
